​​​Covers your care for hearing loss treatment for a full 12 month term at a low fixed rate of just $40 a month.

AuDSurance FLEX is a special membership option that covers both the costs of long-term hearing loss treatment and the cost of new prescription hearing aids with a 3 year lease. 

 

For a monthly, fixed rate of $125 over 36 months, you can receive brand new prescription hearing aids and the associated care for hearing loss treatment at one great low price. 

 

At the end of your 36 month term, you can choose to:

 

1) Pay off any remaining balance owed and own your hearing aids.

- OR -

​

2) Return the hearing aids and lease a newer and better functioning pair of hearing aids for a new 36 month leasing term.
